FAQ
How many hours of coverage do you offer?
Our wedding photography includes 10 hours of full-day coverage: getting ready, sessions, ceremony, reception, and party.
We’ll also take two short breaks for meals during the day.
If you’d like extra hours, they can be added for an additional fee (subject to availability). We can also help you plan the timeline so you make the most of your coverage.
How many photographers will be at my wedding?
It depends on your package and the size of your wedding:
For photography only, usually 1–2 photographers
For photo + video, usually 2–3 team members
We like to cover multiple angles so no detail is missed.
When will we get our photos | videos?
Delivery time can vary depending on the event and sessions:
Photos: 30 to 90 days
Videos: 90 to 180 days
That said, we always try to deliver as soon as possible.
How many photos do you deliver?
It depends on the package you book. For our basic full-day wedding coverage, you’ll receive around 500–800 photos.
How do you deliver the final work?
All photos are delivered through a private online gallery.
The gallery stays up for a month so you have plenty of time to download everything.
Do you travel? Are travel costs included?
Yes, we love to travel! We’re based in Colima, Mexico, and we’re destination wedding photographers.
In Colima, there are no travel fees.
Outside Colima, travel costs may vary depending on the location.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as possible—popular dates book up quickly.
At the moment, we take bookings up to one year in advance.
